Important information for you regarding your Octopus

Users are suggested to proceed with the completion of the charging program by the payment kiosk and the system will automatically present the charging fees with possible idling charges.
Users can obtain the deposit refund by using the same Octopus card.

Users are suggested to proceed deposit refund using the payment kiosk on the same day. If a deposit refund is not taken on the same day:

• Member: Remaining deposit will automatically load into the virtual wallet of the SIME DARBY Charging APP.
• Non-member: No pending refund shall be made after the day of charging service.

Please reserve enough space out of your Octopus card for value reload to ensure that the deposit refund can be carried out smoothly.
