About pre-authorisation

We will preset pre-authorisation amount (incl. Charging fee & Idling deposit), to ensure transaction can be settled smoothly.

The exact transaction amount will be executed upon charging completion and vacation of vehicle.

The bank will release the remaining credit to customers within 30 days regard to its policy.
